Research Interest

1. Development novel CADD methods and software (also websites or mobile app) for the anti-influenza drug research;
2. Design, virtual screening and synthesis of novel influenza neuraminidase inhibitors;
3. Development new cheminformatics methods for big data analysis.

Skill Profiles

1. Have sufficient practices in chemical software programming using Python, C, Visual Basic, Java, and JavaScript language;
2. Master with CADD software (RDKit, AutoDock, PyMOL, Discovery Studio, MOE, Ligplot, Openbabel, LeDock, KINME, and so on);
3. Master with CADD methods (ADMET prediction, docking, pharmacophore, homology modelling, virtual screening);
4. Familiar with organic synthesis (amino acid derivatives, acylhydrazone, thiazolidinone, oxadiazole, thiazole);
5. Good English in reading and writing;
6. Easy-going character, strong team consciousness and responsibility.
